Tessa Kemp is a British born jewelry designer based in San Francisco's Mission District.
She has a background in Fine Art but found herself drawn to jewelry design soon after finishing college.
It was during a trip to Sri Lanka that she first learned basic silversmith techniques from local artisans. Later, her travels brought her to San Francisco where she continued her education taking classes and workshops.
When creating jewelry she has an eye for the delicate and organic. She loves working with vibrant colored gem stones and
embrace the perfect imperfections showcased in a hand wrought piece of metal.
Best of all she loves the pure simplicity of self expression that jewelry gives the wearer.
Each piece has a story to tell and she truly enjoy being a part of that process.
