"Pinzimonio" is Tuscan in origin; guests are invited to dip bread in a small bowl of seasoned olive oil. Add a little balsamic vinegar and a little pool will form in the "cloud" in the base of the dish. Simply a beautiful dish for both the eyes and taste buds.
