At Perch, we will try to ship your order as soon a possible. Please allow us up to three business days, just in case. We offer a flat shipping and handling fee to take the guessing work out of what your shipping coast will be. We ship from our shop in San Francisco, so time in transit depends on where you live. We do not ship internationally. Express shipping can be arranged. You may return an item within 14 days for exchange or Perch credit ONLY. Special orders, sale items, and earrings are non-returnable.
Returned merchandise must be unused with original packaging and tags intact. Returns must be well packed and insured for their full value. We cannot assume responsibility for return fees or problems in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damage or defect claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. In case of damage in shipping, we may require an inspection, so please take a photo, if possible and retain packing materials. Please pack returns carefully and send to:
